EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANNING
An Emergency Management Plan (EMP) includes a detailed risk assessment, actionable measures to reduce these risks and comprehensive emergency procedures that cover communication, response and evacuation.
The development of the EMP requires a series of meetings with relevant stakeholders whose roles encompass emergency management. Euca Planning will work closely with these stakeholders, as well as research and provide information that drive decision-making.
What you can expect during EMP development:
Review of existing documentation and regulatory requirements
Desktop analysis of risk factors and corresponding site inspection
Identification of hazards with corresponding background research
Identification of assets, values and functions and documentation of their credible exposure and vulnerabilities
Documentation of existing and additional treatments and their strengths and weaknesses
Draft and review of EMP
Final EMP based on stakeholder feedback
